SALES ADMINISTRATOR
 
Responsibilities
  • Sales Order Processing - Handles sales order placements, process customer sales order, and deliveries
  • Sales Return Processing - ensure all data are correct and posted on system
  • Recordkeeping responsibilities include sales and expense reports, electronic databases and sales proposals for prospective customers.
  • Maintains customer database by inputting customer profile and updates; preparing and distributing monthly reports.
  • Handle administrative duties for the sales team and prepare sales records and sales orders.
Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
  • Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably 1-2 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent.
  • Good oral and written communication skills, keen to detail, and customer focus.
  • With pleasing personality
