CUSTOMER SUPPORT STAFF
- Candidate must be a graduate of BS Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Database Management, Systems Analysis.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in computer applications.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, facilitation, problem-solving & communication skills
- Willing to relocate when needed
- Monitor overall performance of the company product's website and perform initial troubleshooting procedures to ensure system integrity
- Properly classify company products and provide timely and updated daily reports
- Coordinate service schedules between client and service team leader to ensure the timely service of company product
- Provide feedback to Solution Development Group if necessary
- Monitor and assist assigned clients; assist the client for any monitoring concerns and provide prompt and proper feedback
