JOB DESCRIPTION
 
A Customer Service Associate is the store’s front-liner who is responsible for providing excellent and personalized customer service through compliance of company-set performance standards and the achievement of the store’s sales target. The Customer Service Associate is also responsible for completing the sales transaction process while complying with company policies and the store’s operating standards on housekeeping, inventory control, security and safekeeping of merchandise and other company assets.
 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Greets and assists customers according to performance standards
  • Informs customers of current and upcoming campaigns and promotional activities
  • Invites customers to try-on and fit merchandise
  • Leads customers to the counter and assists in the completion of the sales transaction
  • Gathers of personal information from customers for the company’s active file
  • Develops regular customers by talking to them and attending to their needs
  • Accomplishes posting responsibilities such as: replenishing, piling, folding, pricing, tagging, and cleaning in compliance with the store’s operating standards
  • Complies with inventory control measures to minimize losses
  • Learns and implements VM Guidelines of the store
  • Achieves sales targets
  • Performs other tasks assigned by the Store Manager from time to time
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND SPECIFICATIONS
  • Candidate must be at least College Level or College Graduate
  • At least 6 months of working experience in the related field. Experience in sports and/or fashion retail is an advantage
  • With a high standard of personal appearance and grooming
  • Has excellent customer service skills and with pleasing personality
