Is currently looking for:
ACCOUNT MANAGER with 3 - 5 years’ experience in sales and business development.
- Build strategic and high-level relationships with client.
- Master and maintain the vast knowledge of our clients’ business, competition, and latest industry news and trends.
- Manage customer expectations, handle customer issues and concerns.
- Participate in account reviews on a regular basis.
- Provide account status and forecasts to management.
- Assist clients with their needs and provide them with additional services that are also offered in the organization.
- Maintain and develop a computerized customer and prospects database by generating leads.
- Facilitates contract renewals and new work orders for existing clients.
- Preferably with a bachelor’s degree in Business / Marketing / IT-related courses
- At least with selling experience in any of the following: IT solutions (software) and services (consulting, implementation, maintenance and support)
- Experienced in creating business proposal; creating and analyzing financial reports and statistics; maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients
- Possesses sales presentation skills
- Have proven ability to close sales
- Has the ability to provide inputs to develop sales and marketing plans along the software testing industry and other related industries
- With a strong command of English in both verbal and written communication
- Knowledgeable and experienced in using Microsoft Office applications.
- Must be a team player, detail and results oriented and pro-active.
- Must be willing to work in Makati and do sales calls and meetings within Metro Manila.
- Preferably once hired, can start immediately. But we still process applicants who have notice period.
