We need a SALES TRAINER to join our mission to help people find happy careers!
- Conducting skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement
- Designing training curricula within time and budget constraints
- Prepares new sales and customer service agents by conducting product-specifics orientation, soft, and technical skills
- Develops individual results by maintaining policy and procedure; providing coaching, and conducting training sessions
- Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques and making support readily available
- Accomplishes sales training and organization mission by completing related results as required
- Proficient in sales and customer service process, methodologies and techniques
- Knowledge in Training Needs Analysis, Performance Development, planning and other related training strategies is a plus
- Experience in a sales position or customer service is an advantage
- Strong organizational and team management skills
- Ability to work gracefully under pressure
- Flexible with work schedule
