The Karma Group a multi award winning, lifestyle and Leisure group headquartered in the Asia Pacific, with aggressive growth plans for the Philippines for 2019/2020, together with a new resort build currently in progress in Palawan, we are actively seeking to recruit the very best Head of TeleSales for our new Clark call center.
Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing the successful candidate for this role will be responsible for delivering above and beyond agreed budgets, ensuring successful achievement of both local and regional growth plans.
The Successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Recruitment campaign planning for experienced quality telesales agents
- Delivery of Key Skills and Soft Skill training to new and existing staff
- Implementation and management of Standard Procedures
- Effective Product Management and Lead Generation.
- Target and Report management
- Call Center Reservation and Administration Teams
If you have experience as a Telesales Manager or a call Center Manager, and believe you have the below mentioned CORE Strengths, we want to hear from you immediately:

Ideal candidates will:
- Have 3-5 Years’ experience as a Telesales (Outbound) Manager?
- Be able to plan / implement and achieve targets.
- Have at least 2+ Years’ previous experience as a Telesales Agent / Supervisor. Must know how to be a successful Telesales Agent!
- Understand the Value of High Levels of Call Activity?
- Understand what is means to be Target Driven and Focus on Objectives?
