  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.
  • Strong backgrond in the automotive industry.
  • Srong written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company.
  • Position requires proficiency in Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
  • Extensive travel may be required depending upon the requirement of the company.
  • Motivate towards career growth and learning.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Preferably a resident of Zamboanga area.
Job Description:
  • Forecasts goals and objectives for the department and strive to meet them
  • Prepares and administers annual operating budget for the service department
  • Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with company regulations that affects service operations, such as hazardous waste disposal and OSHA right-to-know
  • Trains, motivates, counsels and monitors the performance of all service department staff
  • Coaches and trains technicians on technical issues related to customer complains
  • Directs and schedules the activities of all department employees
  • Provides technical assistance to service team at all times
  • Conducts meetings with department employees to discuss activities and problems of mutual interest
  • Monitors upgrading of technicians on technical certifications
