Is currently looking for:
 
SALES DIRECTOR
 
Functions & Responsibilities:
  • Sales administration which includes
    • Management of sales network
    • Documentation
    • Trands & forecasting
    • Budget & financial analysis
    • Market analysis
    • Forfeiture & cancelation
  • Strategy management handling the following tasks:
    • Marketing strategies - programs that would support efforts of sales
    • Sales innovation strategies programs that would increase the productivity of efficiency of account specialists, staff & agents
    • Operational strategies - coordination with other operating units that will support sales strategies
    • Events management - events & activities that will help augment sales
  • Provide sales directions: objectives, quotas to the sales managers, account specialists & sales agents
  • Disseminates needed information to other operating units to generate support in the execution of sales programs
  • Operational functions which include coordination with the other operating units
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Required skills:
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Perform multiple tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good communication skills
Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management,Marketing,Tourism or Equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related filed is required for this position.
  • Highly detail oriented & organized in work
  • Ability to act & operate independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks & meet assigned deadlines
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Preferably Assistant Manager/Managers specializing in Sales - Property/Real Estate/ Corporate or equivalent.
