Bilingual Cantonese Customer Service Representatives – Manila (with Relocation Package)
 
Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive and quality customer care at all times
• Apply learned knowledge and procedures when servicing customer queries
• Communicate effectively and efficiently with internal and external customers
• Ensure customer satisfaction in all transactions
• Use all available tools to research for resolutions for customer issues
• Ensure validity and confidentiality of client/customer information

Requirements:
• Candidate must have completed at least two years in college, any field
• Required language(s): fluent in Cantonese and English
• Applicants must be willing to work in Manila
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
• Knowledgeable in computer applications
• Willing to work in shifting schedule, holidays and weekends
